How can i restore my laptop from score. because of the system error it wont tolerate me run to a restore piont?

Laptops come with taking back disks, just pop it within and boot from it. The on screen instructions should guide you the rest of the method.
if you still have the window disks just try wipe the hard drive and reinstalling
