Microsoft also have Media Player for MAC.



Try VLC if you need more choices, google for it.
If you parsimonious windows medium player, then the with the sole purpose way to hold it on a mac is to use a program to emulate windows, or to dual boot your electrical device so it has both window and OS X.



If you mean a medium player at all, later the mac comes with one.
