how can i format my laptop and still hang on to my save files?

i want to format my laptop, and still want to hold on to all me graphics and files i enjoy saved on it. comfort out with d best opening.

Answer:

burn the files onto a cd or copy them to a flash usb drive or even use an ipod or mp3 player they can hold files too during format.
I suggest an external hard drive or slaving it to another PC to copy over your files.

There are to option in this instance first you could do a no-destructive system rescue which formats your hard drive but keep your saved files. Second you could support up all the info on your complex drive by saving it on cds or usbs or you could remove the intricate drive and put it into an external hub and copy the info then replace it and format it and next reload the info back on it.
You can backup your files to a thumb drive (2 see units enjoy become relatively cheap) or burn Cd's or DVDs. Burning discs is a great thing to form a habit of. That passageway you have a backup forever. Also at hand are things like external complicated drives and tape backup but it sounds like adjectives you need is a compact disc burner for what you want to do.
