i maintain getting this one window that say that windows shut down to prevent vandalize. the reason it give is driver_irql_less_or_not_equal.... can i fix this?

Scan for virus in your computer.
When you disable the function of the bios your computer cannot even start.
Bios is a START UP program formerly you can enter to your windows or Operating System.
