how can i find out what video card i own contained by my dell 700M?

I enjoy to install a driver but don't know which one to install?

Answer:

If you haven't yet installed the driver, afterwards Windows probably won't know. Best bet, go to Dell's support website (http://support.dell.com), click Drivers and Downloads, put contained by your service tag # (from the bottom of the laptop) and it'll find the exact drivers you want.
Right click on My Computer

Properties

Hardware Tab

Device Manager Button

Expand "Display Drivers"

Select the video card and hit update driver, or manually install the driver.

If the device is unrecognized, scan for the device and manually install the driver. Hope that helps.
Run "Belarc Advisor"

"The Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed software and hardware, missing Microsoft hotfixes, anti-virus status, CIS (Center for Internet Security) benchmarks, and displays the results surrounded by your Web browser. All of your PC profile information is kept private on your PC and is not sent to any web server."
